**We are looking for an exceptional Quality and Regulation Advisor to **support the implementation of the National Quality Framework across the C&K’s network of centres.

The Quality and Regulation Advisor will be responsible for:

- **Knowledge**: Providing prompt, professional, accurate and operational advice and information regarding C&K policy and the National Quality Framework (including National Quality Standard, approved learning frameworks, the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and the Assessment and Rating process).
- **Collaboration**: Establishing collaborative partnerships with centre, regional and C&K Central teams to drive quality improvement.
- **Innovation**: Assist in the delivery of training, development of resources and improvement initiatives reflective of centre and regional C&K quality rating and compliance trends.
- **Accountability**:Exemplifying personal drive and integrity - taking personal responsibility for meeting objectives, showing initiative, and committing energy to see that goals are achieved.

**About you**
- Hold an ACECQA approved Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood) (preferred) OR Diploma in early childhood education (minimum)
- Significant early childhood education and care sector experience, including leadership roles
- Exceptional knowledge and operational understanding of the National Quality Framework
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to develop and facilitate training
- Highly effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively guide and mentor individuals and teams
