**C&K head office** is looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Property Coordinator** to join our facility team. In this role, you will have a direct positive impact on the children in our care by providing them with a safe place to call home whilst they are with us. We are looking for someone who can:

- Managing C&K property portfolio to ensure all leases are up to date.
- Liaising with landlords.
- Managing the C&K vehicle fleet.
- Processing insurance claims.
- Managing the cleaning and grounds maintenance of C&K centres.
- Processing maintenance requests.

**Joining our Family**

**To be successful, you will bring**:

- Operational experience, preferably working within the areas of property or facilities.
- Knowledge of legislative policies and procedures as it relates to building codes or an ability to acquire this knowledge where necessary.
- Competency with Microsoft Project, MEX (or similar property and/or equipment maintenance software),
- Ability to travel.
- Work in collaboration with and assist the team, manager, and other key stakeholders to achieve business unit goals.

**You will also need to hold or be willing to obtain.**
- Paid Blue Card or willing to obtain one
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willing to obtain one (we will cover the cost of both)
- All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which include a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment._
