Our team at Banyo Station is made up passionate Educators who are excited to engage our wonderfully diverse community. We love encouraging our children to connect with nature and they love exploring our beautiful space and playing with our Chickens

As one of our highly valued Lead Educators, you will take a lead role in planning, implementing and evaluating a stimulating play-based education program for children in our Toddler Room. This is a 40 hour per week role with 2 RDO hours accumulated per week.

Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you’ll help shape the future of children in our care by collaborating with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

**What you’ll bring**

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or studying/willing to study that qualification.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
