**We are a waste management company based in the south east suburb looking for an Customer Service Administrator to provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.**
Based at our state-of-the-art Dandenong facility, we are looking for someone to join our team who is friendly and motivated. If you answer the phone with a smile and love to learn please keep reading

**Key Duties include**:
- Administration of new and existing customer accounts.
- Coordination of sales & customer service requests.
- Assisting with debt collection.
- Coordination of sales & customer service requests and sub-contractors.
- Ensure completion of sales & service documentation.
- Monitor and maintain sales & customer service data.
- Generation of reports.
- Data entry.
- Filing.
**You will be responsible for ensuring**:
- Adherence to Ace Waste Policies and Procedures.
- Ensuring customer communications are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Managing Customer enquiries.
- Ensuring client account data is correct and complete.
- Assisting sales team.
- Assisting other administrative staff, if required.
**Skills Required**:.
- Attention to detail.
- Work under pressure.
- Intermediate MS Office suite.
- Able to communicate at all levels.
- Positive phone manner.
The successful applicant must be COVID-19 vaccinated.
The successful applicant must pass a National Police Check.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
