We are now looking for a motivated and detail-driven Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our end-to-end product lifecycle.

The Role As the Production Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of seasonal collections. Working closely with design, development, and external suppliers, you will be responsible for managing timelines, tracking production milestones, and ensuring quality standards are met. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative and collaborative environment, where fashion meets precision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the production team in coordinating all stages of the production process, from development handover through to final delivery.
- Maintain and update production timelines, ensuring key milestones are met across multiple product categories.
- Communicate daily with local and offshore suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
- Monitor sample and bulk production approvals, including lab dips, trims, strike-offs, and fit samples.
- Track orders and shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays or issues.
- Manage and maintain internal production documentation and systems, including BOMs, order sheets, and tech packs.
- Coordinate QC processes and liaise with the warehouse on quality issues or returns.
- Assist in costing processes and margin tracking across styles and collections.
- Provide weekly production status reports to internal stakeholders.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production, product development, or supply chain role within fashion or apparel.
- Strong understanding of the garment production process and product lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in working with local and offshore suppliers.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with production management software (e.g., Zedonk, PLM, ERP systems) preferred.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion.
