**About the Role**:
A leading contemporary fashion label is seeking a Production Coordinator to join its team. This role is essential in managing the production process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of collections. You will work closely with the Head of Production, overseeing fabric testing, supplier coordination, and production schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the full production cycle from design handover to final delivery.
- Manage procurement of raw materials, trims, labels, and packaging.
- Coordinate bulk fabric and trim freight, negotiating costs and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Issue production materials to local makers and track progress.
- Process and verify invoices related to production, freight, and raw materials.
- Communicate with suppliers to meet production milestones and maintain quality standards.
- Oversee local production schedules, including marker printing, cutting, and assembly.
- Conduct fabric testing and update care instructions accordingly.
- Assist with production fittings and address quality and fit concerns.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in fashion manufacturing.
- Experience in local production is essential.
- Logistics experience is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of production processes, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
