Production Coordinator Job | St Leonards | Permanent Role

Sydney based company supplying promotional merchandise and corporate gifts to companies, charities, schools and sporting organisations Australia wide.

**Your new role**

This role is essential in to help the team plan, maintain and monitor order timelines from the order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate & manage order timelines
- Create & place orders with suppliers via Xero
- Plan, maintain and monitor production schedule liaising with suppliers and internal team members
- Oversee quality control of goods received prior to order dispatch
- Manage order dispatch process
- Assist sales department with quoting process

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role you will need to have;
- A high attention to detail
- A positive, enthusiastic personality with a desire to produce high quality outcomes
- A determined person who is comfortable dealing with conflict/ difficult suppliers
- An ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to perform under pressure with a high level of emotional intelligence
- You will have demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
- You will be able to maintain successful relationships with all key stakeholders, e.g. sales director, your colleagues, suppliers and customers

**Essential skills and experience**
- Have prior experience in a similar Office Administration/ Production Coordinator/ Sales Co-ordinator role (2 years minimum preferred)
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Experience in Xero preferred (but not mandatory)
- Demonstrated computer literacy in MS Office & Google Suite products
