**UGL** is currently seeking an experienced **Project Administrators**to join our team, based in **Perth, WA** to support a major Oil & Gas project**.**

**Start Date**:ASAP
**Duration**: Ongoing
**Roster**: 1-2 Days per week
**Point of Hire**: Perth, WA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Forecasting training needs and requirements
- Raising purchase orders for training bookings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project guidelines.
- Collect and process weekly timesheets from project staff
- Updating and maintaining the training schedule spreadsheet
- Working alongside Training Coordinator to provide training updates, non - compliance and training issues
- Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders for training bookings

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar Project Admin role
- Knowledge of compliance needs in the O&G sector
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of timesheet data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit and online compliance systems (MyPass)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
