**The Opportunity**:
This role offers an opportunity for a skilled and proactive individual to work as Energy and Sustainability Analyst within the City FM Energy Centre supporting our partner Coles Group to achieve their “Together to Zero” sustainability targets.

**The Role**:

- Develop and deliver innovative solutions to reduce energy (electricity/water/gas) consumption and cost across Coles’ Supermarket fleet.
- Investigate and resolve energy consumption anomalies identified by the City FMs Management System (Spark+) and other analytical tools.
- Maintain detailed records of energy anomalies analysed, and update databases with relevant store energy attributes.
- Communicate with the field workforce, internal and external stakeholders to gather supporting information.
- Conduct Measurement and Verification of energy conservation initiatives delivered across the business.

**To Be Considered**:

- Data Analytics and Reporting (Excel/Power BI)
- Engineering, Scientific or Mathematical Degree - Desirable
- Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) - Favourable
- Building Management System / Solar / HVAC&R Experience - Preferred
