Energy Analyst

The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills to work as an Energy Connections Coordinator within the City FM Energy Centre supporting our partner Coles Group to achieve their “Together to Zero” sustainability targets. This role will be the main point of contact for Coles Group regarding Energy Connections.

**The Role**:

- Work as a central point of contact for various energy related queries, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Process connection requests to relevant energy retailers and metering provider.
- Maintain a master program, tracking status of connection requests to ensure these are actioned within expected timelines.
- Engage with internal stakeholders for new connections and/ or variations to existing schedules.
- Deliver updates and reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure energy accounts databases are kept up-to-date and accurate.
- Communicate future planned power outages with stores and field team to mitigate any disruption to store trade.
- Respond to all customer enquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

**To Be Considered**:

- Certificate in Business Administration.
- Highly organised, able to effectively track high volumes of requests, and able to deliver outcomes accurately and on time.
- Be proactive and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience working with energy retailers, managing energy connections, network tariffs and national energy market knowledge is highly advantageous, however is not essential.
- Intermediate level of computer literacy using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
