Role - Asset Analyst

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Asset Manager, the Asset Analyst is accountable for providing data-driven predictive analytics and insights to support sound investment decisions across all asset classes for our partners nationally. The role will assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Asset Management Strategies in line with City Standards and other relevant policies and strategies.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Analyse performance of assets by considering costs, risks, condition and utilisation data and present insights using dashboards and automated reports.
- Liaise with our Operations, Engineering and Commercial teams to develop strategies, KPIs, procedures and communication platforms relating to investment performance for all assets.
- Work with asset owners to develop mechanisms for forward planning and budgeting of asset classes in line with the partners’ strategies for up to 10 years.

**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:

- Tertiary qualification in Asset Maintenance, Engineering, Finance (or similar) - highly preferred.
- Proven experience in project management & capital management.
- Experience in creating and maintaining financials, cost analysis and budgets.
- Must have expert Excel skills.
- Power BI / Power Pivot / Power Query reporting experience - highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
