When you are not on the boutique floor, you will be working closely with the Category and Boutique Manager to develop sales strategies and putting plans in place to support your team and the success of the boutique. You know our history, conventions and products inside out. You also know how to build customer loyalty through the quality of their welcome, their ability to understand customers' expectations, and the pertinence of their advice.
