**scouted.** is currently recruiting for numerous well-established Medium Density Residential Builders all across Victoria. These builders are well-known in the industry for delivering quality homes and are currently expanding due to drastic growth in their business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Site Supervisor with experience within the residential building space to join a dynamic organisations that not only values your experience but also promotes career and professional development.

**The Role**:

- Supervise the construction of a Multi-Stage build of Boutique Town Home Developments
- Liaising with subcontractors to organise trades in accordance with project requirements
- Ensuring all OHS processes and policies are strictly followed by all stakeholders on-site
- Ensuring the work completed is in accordance with the specifications of the building plan
- Ensuring the quality of work completed is up to standard
- Reporting the progress of your projects to the Construction Manager in a timely manner
- Onsite support from your Construction Manager

**You will need**
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (MD or Custom Experience)
- Carpentry background Favoured and preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict guidelines
- A comprehensive knowledge of OHS processes and policies
- Victorian Drivers Licence and Citizenship (At least a PR)
