Located on Johnston Street. The Hotel will bring New York’s Soho inspired architecture to one of Melbourne’s locales, Collingwood.

**Your Day to Day**
First impressions are everything And as the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to create lasting memories for every Guest, which is why we’re looking for individuals who are relationship-focused and take pride in their work.
- Guest room in-stay & departure cleans, & maintaining common areas to a high standard with Covid Safety Compliance
- Ensure quality benchmarks are met in accordance with set brand standards & cleaning metrics
- Provide feedback on room conditions to the Housekeeping Manager, particularly in terms of areas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement to maintain apartment standards
- Supervise and provide guidance, direction, and training to the Housekeeping team to ensure they meet standards and benchmarks
- Assist with the rostering for the Housekeeping team
- Ensure a smooth communication channel between the Housekeeping team and Front Office team
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager with housekeeping project work
This is a hands-on hybrid role that supervises the Housekeeping team but also works alongside them in general housekeeping duties.
