**The Opportunity**:
We seek an experienced Residential Building Manager to join our high-performing RESIpm team to deliver exceptional service to our premium clients.

What does this job involve?
You will be based at Rhodes and will manage two additional sites in North West Sydney & Upper North Shore.

You will be responsible for the administration and coordination facets of the day-to-day management, operation and promotion of high-end residential developments.

You will liaise with stakeholders of the property, therefore strong communication and planning your day is key to succeed in this role.

**Responsibilities**:
Track contractor compliance
Manage move-ins/outs and loading dock deliveries for the retail portion
Track budgets
Issue work orders
Inspect buildings for non-compliance and track maintenance schedules
Client care and customer service excellence

What are we looking for?
1-3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role as a property professional experience, or a background in hospitality with 4-5 star hotels
A qualification relevant or complimentary to this role
The ability to think outside of the box to solve problems
An understanding of strata titles, BMC
An understanding of building trades and service contract negotiations
You’ll be enthusiastic and self-motivated
