**The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our Impulse and Convenience team in Sydney. You will play a pivotal role in our business as the Commercial Development Manager to drive consistent growth for our brands across the channel.

You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Category teams to ensure our market-leading products have a prime position on retailer shelves across Australia.

**A day in the life of...
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Development, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategic category planning, channel understanding, prioritisation and investment strategy for the convenience and impulse channel.

You will have the ability to analyse customer and shopper market data and you will develop strategies based on category and shopper understanding that will see growth through leadership with our customers.

Your role will be pivotal with building relationships at all levels and across multiple business units and you will develop effective point of purchase initiatives and leverage support for your strategic direction across a number of our portfolios including Confectionery, Snacks and Ready-to-Drink.

**What will make you successful
- You will have experience in a similar role, customer management or brand experience as a Category Manager, National Account Manager, Brand Manager or Marketing Manager
- You will have demonstrated strategic business planning & implementation skills
- You will bring with you a strong financial acumen and awareness
- You will have a solid understanding of insight, trends and implications
- You will have the ability to influence cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to build, agree and execute a solid growth-oriented strategy
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency.
