**Description**:
About the Role
As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will manage written correspondence from members of the public, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses. You’ll handle a variety of enquiries and appeals, working closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and uphold Orikan’s high service standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Investigate and resolve customer issues and appeals, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures
Liaise with local government clients and internal stakeholders to clarify and escalate matters where required
Maintain accurate records and follow-up actions within our systems
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying service trends and suggesting enhancements

Strong written communication skills with a knack for clarity and tone
Empathetic, solution-focused mindset
Previous experience in customer service or correspondence roles
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
