The Role
DCA is offering a rewarding career opportunity for excellent experiences as a ICT Support Officer supporting the products and services DCA provides. The position involves deploying and supporting technologies for ICT Corporate systems including DCA's internal infrastructure supporting employees.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- SCCM management and support
- Windows desktop support
- MS Exchange Support
- Hardware upgrades and system management including peripherals
- Active Directory support
- Service Desk Ticket management
- Overseeing and implementing Security technical controls;
- Supporting Automation and Development Operations initiative; and
- Contributing to a continuous improvement culture.

**Highly desirable experience includes**:

- Experience in MS Exchange;
- Server and end-point automation (eg SALT);
- Windows and Linux advanced administration skills;
- Being Certified in firewall maintenance or support.
