Contract Role - ASAP Start

We have a couple of vacancies with large local companies for general administration positions. These are temporary roles that could go from 1 - 4 months and may be extended. One is on the City Fringe and the other is in the CBD.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process Payments
- Provide a cashiering function to the office by receipting cheque
and EFTPOS payments received.
- Provide efficient, timely, accurate and friendly services.
- Extract and process weekly summary reports
- Coordinate the Daily Mail Functions
- Open and distribute incoming mail
and respond or refer to relevant staff for action where appropriate.
Residency Status Change
- Update records when their residency status changes
- Send acknowledgement in a timely manner.
- Provide support to maintain accurate data relating to both
Commonwealth supported and fee paying customers
- Assist other staff members where required
Contribute to the continuing improvement of
service delivery to clients
**SELECTION CRITERIA**
You will have at least 3 years of experience with general administration and have worked in a large organisation. You will have high level computer skills, including proficiency in Excel. You will have demonstrated attention to detail and promote the organisational values of integrity and respect. You will be a great communicator, flexible and happy to chip in with ad hoc admin tasks as a temporary addition to the team.
2 x opportunities are available with 2 alternate companies. Both for ASAP starts.
