**About the role**:
The position is for around 12-15 hours per week at this time, working from the comfort of your home. Only applicants residing in South Australia will be considered.

**Duties**:

- Scheduling - regular and once off bookings through Launch 27 software (this includes any changes and rescheduling)
- Ensure customers and contractors are provided for in a warm and friendly manner
- Reporting to director daily
- Following up on outstanding payments
- Assisting with recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Promptly answering any questions from director

**Skills & experience**:

- Customer service and/or office experience
- Previous admin experience
- Exceptional phone manner
- Attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality
- Can-do attitude and able to work with limited supervision
- Interest in business and operations
- Ability to use initiative on the job
- Comfortability with Sales
