As an Account Manager for Industrial and Engineering Software, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and establishing our client as the preferred software partner in the Australian market.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and account management within the industrial or engineering software industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the market and key industries, including manufacturing, engineering, and infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills to drive successful sales outcomes.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
