Are you a detail-oriented facilities professional looking to make your mark in commercial property management? Join JLL's Property Management team in Victoria and take ownership of day-to-day operations across our diverse industrial portfolio

As a Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the operational excellence, maintenance, and safety of assigned commercial real estate properties. This is your opportunity to ensure optimal building performance whilst delivering exceptional tenant satisfaction and cost-effective facility operations.

**An overview of the role**:
Operational Leadership
- Manage site operational teams and coordinate technical third-party service providers
- Lead project management for small to mid-size site initiatives
- Drive operational priorities with efficiency and diligence

Client & Tenant Relations
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients through regular updates and formal reporting
- Deliver exceptional customer service to building tenants, including meeting attendance and issue resolution
- Represent JLL professionally in all stakeholder interactions

Compliance & Safety
- Ensure full compliance with statutory authorities and implement sound engineering practices
- Manage certification processes and prepare annual Fire Safety Statements
- Oversee Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety requirements, including contractor inductions and risk management plans
- Proactively implement actions from audit programs including OPS Aide and EORC Reviews

Maintenance & Risk Management
- Coordinate effective management of all property services and maintenance works
- Conduct periodic building and plant inspections to determine repair priorities
- Manage specialist contractors ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
- Maintain property due diligence programs and essential services initiatives
- Procure materials and replacement parts to minimise tenant disruption

Management
- Collaborate on annual operations and capital works budgets
- Monitor and update budgets quarterly
- Contribute to client and corporate reporting for operational aspects
