**The Role**
Trace JV are currently seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join their team based in East Perth. This fast paced and diverse role will require you to be fast thinking, highly organised and have excellent time management skills.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining further experience in Mobilisation.

**Requirements**:

- Duties will include but not limited to:_
- Create profiles for New starters and Enter Training documents in multiple systems ensuring workers comply with the Required Training for their position - Sharepoint/OPMS/SWF/MYPASS
- Liaise with Recruitment to onboard new starters
- Manage the roster and ensure it is kept update with any flight changes
- Arrange New Starter Inductions
- Place orders for PPE for all new starters
- Arrange Leave coverage for offshore personnel
- Assist Crew with Concur expense submission

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exposure to Mypass, OPMS or similar highly regarded
- Advanced user of Excel, Power point, MS Word & Office outlook
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must enjoy fast paced evolving environment
- Experience in resources sector highly regarded
- Must be proactive & flexible
