Our expertise spans various sectors, allowing us to understand and meet the unique demands of each industry, including meat processing plants, salad factories, seafood facilities, and warehouses. To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team.

**General Duties**
- Draft and execute marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility in the labor hire industry.
- Analyze data related to client patterns and preferences to adjust strategies as needed for optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets within the meat processing, salad factories, seafood facilities, and warehouse sectors.
- Manage advertising campaigns both online and offline to increase company’s visibility and attract new clients.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content to showcase the company's expertise and services.
- Manage multiple marketing budgets and provide regular management reports required by management.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand specific market priorities to execute client and prospect-facing programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and clients to drive business growth and expansion.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing specialist.
- A creative mindset with the ability to deliver high quality marketing collateral.
- Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- A proactive and action orientated approach with the ability to roll out pre-developed strategies in a timely manner.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrable organization skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder projects and operational activities.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to drive oneself forward in accomplishing tasks and meeting goals, and evaluate according to performance by data.

**Our Offer**

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
