Own the social media strategy in a medium multinational construction business

**About the role**
You will own the branding, marketing and all digital content creation and activity across all channels, and you will benefit from an established schedule and branding guidelines. You are a confident marketer who communicates well with construction site and office based internal stakeholders. You will gain exposure to a fast-paced and process improvement focused business, with an outstanding growth trajectory.
- Schedule, ideate and manage responses on social media platforms across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter
- In partnership with senior leadership set the strategic direction of social marketing
- Share digital analytics offering ideas for improvement, spotting trends and behaviours

**About you**
You will be confident communicator and stakeholder manager, who is keen to own the role and promote new ideas. We are always open to suggestions and welcome your ideas.
- Social media marketing, branding and content creation experience
- Ideally proficiency with the Adobe Suite Photoshop or similar
- Confident managing stakeholders, obtaining input for the content schedule
- Flexible and comfortable with tight deadlines and re-prioritising as business needs change
- Thrive in a collaborative environment with a positive "can-do" attitude
