**Your Important Role**
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this hands-on role would suit a highly driven and proactive marketer.
- Own, produce and execute engaging content across socials, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Develop and execute content calendar that enhances our digital presence and is aligned with business product strategies
- Monitor all social media channels, including community engagement
- Work with influencers/content creators, ensuring it enhances brand awareness and drives engagement
- Conduct social listening to remain on the pulse with trends and conversations
- Implement digital strategies to grow reach, audience, engagement & website traffic
- Report on all activity to the Leadership Team
- Ensure digital outcomes align with commercial and brand objectives
- Manage relationships with third-party providers and agencies

- High level of creativity and strategic thinking, with proven track record creating end-to-end social media content
- Curious, passionate and well-versed on all facets of social media - across current trends with a good understanding of leaders in this space
- A good understanding and experience with Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high growth retail environment
- Excellent attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Highly organised - able to work across multiple projects and accountabilities
- Savvy copywriting skills with an understanding of SEO
