**The Role**:
At 5B Australia, we are committed to leading the charge in sustainable energy practices and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Renewable Energy Project Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Based in Mascot, the Bid Coordinator will be responsible for creating and overseeing the detailed cost, and persuasive proposals for renewable energy projects targeting the Mining, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), and Utility Solar industries.

**Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities**:
**Bid Strategy Development**: Responsible for creating and overseeing a detailed, costed, and persuasive proposal that aligns with our company's vision and goals, targeting the Mining, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), and Utility Solar industries.

**Estimation and Proposal Preparation**: Work with key members of the project team and the client organisation to obtain the information required for compiling the bid.

**Bid Management**: Manage the end-to-end bid management process, from analysing Request for Proposals (RFPs) to timely bid submission.

**Risk Assessment and Mitigation**: Identify potential risks associated with bids and projects, developing effective mitigation strategies for successful project delivery.

**Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, Internal and External stakeholders to enhance our reputation and generate new business opportunities.

**Process Improvement**: In collaboration with the Commercial Operations team, continuously improve bid management processes, incorporating best practices and implementing efficiencies to enhance overall bid quality and success rate.

Are you our next All-Star?

Degree qualification in engineering, business or a related field would be highly regarded.
At least 3 years of experience in bid management and estimation within the renewable energy sector.
Proficiency in estimation management software such as Bluebeam, ProCore, Pronamics, Smartsheet or Rib CostX would be great.
Experience in creating proposals and developing precise cost estimations for projects is crucial.
