**Job Description**:
This role is integral to enhancing the productivity of the National Directors South Sydney, Industrial Sales and Leasing business by developing and implementing strategies to lead and innovate with marketing, position our people as experts and create memorable service experiences for clients and customers.
A core focus of this position is to help the business to win more work from existing clients and create brand loyalty to Colliers International.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare major submissions and marketing materials, including presentations, pitches, proposals, capability statements, graphics and visual imagery.
- Manage and prioritise numerous, multi-layered projects in accordance to deadlines, whilst effectively communicating progress back to National Director and clients.
- Marketing campaigns: Prepare media schedules and budgets for campaigns based on the project’s objectives, and targets, seek relevant approvals, and then execute campaigns regularly reporting on its effectiveness and performance.
- Prepare various sales and marketing collateral, including copywriting, formatting, managing approvals, arranging printing and distribution to greater team.
- Develop working relationships with external creative agencies to ensure each commercial project is effectively delivered with guidance from client
- Attend initial project workshops with clients to ensure all Colliers managed marketing items are addressed.
- Coordinate photo shoots and video shoots, including negotiating rates, scheduling filming on site, writing scripts, gathering relevant feedback and approvals, and pushing final output on relevant platforms.
- Develop recommendations for property marketing initiatives, and provide detailed reports and analysis to track engagement levels.
- Assist with business development activities including ongoing team marketing, public relations and client engagement events.
- Occasional assistance with managing National Director’s inbox and calendar in absence of Personal Assistant.
**Qualifications**:
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar role with creative input
- Strong understanding of formatting and design
- Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
- Strong initiative and personal drive to see tasks through to high-quality completion
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and work as part of the team and manage complex projects simultaneously, while also effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
- Experience in the real estate industry
