**The role**:
This is a prized role within the organisation in the Project Sales arm for New Business Development. Your day to day will be consulting with Commercial & Industrial customers throughout Victoria & nationally.
Following a pipeline plan and sales cycle you will be winning the new fit out of Commercial Solar.
The demand for this is large and the rewards are fruitful. With businesses being able to clearly see the payback on their investments straight away by upgrading their renewable energy systems its never been a better time to be in the industry.
- Developing new projects within commercial & industrial sites for rooftop solar
- Building relationships with decision makers for energy matters at C&I facilities
- Selling kw sizes from 50kw, 100kw, 200kw up to Megawatt
- Focussed on Solar but an ability to cross sell other solutions such as Heat Pump, HVAC, M&V
- Helping reduce environmental impact to help businesses reduce emissions
- Following a sales cycle and pipeline development planning strategically
- Working with autonomy and flexibility across Vic and interstate (run your own schedule)
- Working with a highly skilled and experienced team
- Earning clean but large % commission monthly

**The experience necessary for this job**:
To be considered for this role you need to be coming from the Commercial Energy sales industry where you have sold Energy solutions at a Commercial and or Industrial level - ideally from Solar but something closely related could be considered.
Key areas of experience are:
- Ability to network with Commercial & Industrial market
- Experience in new business sales & relationship management
- Ability to negotiate sizable sales for large roof top solar systems
- Having business savvy and commercial acumen
- Possess self-drive and motivation
- Have a competitive & go-getter attitude
- Exceptional spoken communication & written skills
- Ability generate new prospects
- Knowledge of industrial & commercial markets
- Experienced in CRM use & pipeline management
- General MS & computer skills essential
- Driven by uncapped earning potential
