In this dynamic Internal Sales position, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base.
- Your key responsibilities will include:_
- Counter sales including customer service, responding to sales enquiries, preparation of and sending out of quotes.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and picking + packing orders.
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and management requests as required.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- You’re an upbeat and personable professional with experience in customer service and/or sales.
- You have a high level of initiative, proactivity, and self-confidence - you are eager to connect and interact with customers of varying demographics.
- You have a thirst for product knowledge and a real drive to learn new skills and build a long-term career.
- A real team player, you’re always prepared to jump in and do what it takes to deliver premium customer service.
- Your high attention to detail and strong time management is second to none.
- Australian C Class driver's licence and a forklift licence would be desirable
- **You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.**
