The role We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join the Sales team as an Internal Sales Representative. The Internal Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in maintaining their Client relationships, managing and growing their own internal accounts and enhancing the sales processes while contributing to the overall success of PowerPak.
This role will be based in Welshpool, WA.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Expertly handling client account management
- Conducting proactive outbound telesales calls to engage with potential, active, and inactive clients
- Ensuring timely follow-ups on quotes and outreach
- Delivering consistent, detailed sales reports, valuable insights, and real-time updates
- Creating, dispatching, and tracking proposals to drive business growth

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior experience in an Internal Sales role
- Displays commitment to delivering high-quality calls
- Proficiency with CRM systems and the widely-used Microsoft Office suite
- Contribute both independently and collaboratively as you work seamlessly with a dynamic team
- Self -motivated and proactive approach to tasks, ensuring your success and the achievement of significant milestones
