Allied Moving Services is excited to seek out applicants for our Pre-Sales team as a Pre-Sales Consultant, working within our Dandenong office, Melbourne. What’s involved?
This role is the point of contact for inbound customer enquiries regarding the Allied Moving Services product & services. Your primary responsibility is customer satisfaction of inbound calls and the telephone communication of web-based quote request enquiries with the view to the qualification of the call, the securing of a pre-move inspection with our In-Home Sales Consultant, quotation, and follow up to a point of closing the sale and handing over to Operations for execution. The opportunity does present itself to the Pre-Sales Consultant to make the sale on job sizes below a certain size.
The role would suit someone who holds previous experience in providing customer service and phone-based sales in a similar industry. Experience providing service to Corporate clients would be
advantageous but not essential.
