**About the role**

As a Customer Services Representative at TigerPak you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support, consistently delivering fast, accurate, and on-time solutions to their needs. Whether your handling enquiries, resolving complaints, or processing orders, you will uphold our 'Extreme Customer Service' guarantee at all times.

**The Role**
- Provide accurate product information and assistance with placing orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner through a ticket system.
- Working with other departments in the business to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.

**About You**

To succeed in this role you will have:

- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
