The Customer Service Representative role provides effective and consistent support to the business and our customers in matters related to the ordering and delivery of products. This role resides within Commercial Operations and the role reports to the Customer Service Manager.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Manage the Customer Service Mail Inbox
- Answer phone enquiries
- Order Management including process orders in SAP
- Manage the entire credits and returns process
- Process monthly rebates
- Coordinate with the warehouse and couriers to arrange urgent deliveries
- Provide guidance to our colleagues in ANZ around general customer and order enquiries
- Work closely with the business in supporting any stock issues
- Support new product launches

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in pharmaceutical, medical devices or FMCG industry
- Experience with ERP system (preferably SAP)
- Intermediate/Advanced level user experience of MS Office, including Outlook
- Strong Collaboration skills
- Accountability
- Self-motivated, autonomous and growth mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify potential issue before they arise
- Team player
