**About the roles**:
An opportunity exists for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a dynamic and Friendly FMCG business based in Alexandria on a 3 month temporary contract. Reporting into the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be managing customer accounts, collection payments, reconciling accounts and liaising with partnering departments.

**The responsibilities**:

- Manage medium to large sized account reconciliations.
- Resolving account inquiries as quickly as possible.
- Make payment allocations and collections of overdue accounts
- Liaising with sales team in regards to overdue payments
- Work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Assisting in credit projects when required.
- High volume reconciling

**The successful applicant**:

- Have at least a year of experience in an Accounts Receivable position
- Experience with different accounting platforms
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- An ability to be firm but fair when dealing with our accounts
