We have recently started automating our Accounts Payable processes and need an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to refine these processes and make them more efficient.

The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

- Processing of high-volume invoices
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to supplier enquires.
- Preparation, allocation of costs to correct G/L accounts, and payment of weekly bills.
- Reconciliation of bank and supplier reconciliations.
- Coordinate the accounts payable system, including vendor details, record of payments and filing systems
- Other ad hoc tasks as require

The successful applicant
- Previous experience within an accounts payable / accounts officer role
- Strong attention to detail.
- Be a team player
- Competent with using excel.
- Demonstrate friendly and positive behaviour

This is a vital role for the business, as such it requires an experienced accounts assistant with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. A proactive approach is a must, as is the ability to work independently and ensure deadlines are met. In return you will have the opportunity to grow your knowledge and experience within a supportive team.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
