A fresh name in the area, but coming with a depth of experience from the team, our client is a Sales-only focused Agency specialising in both existing and off-the-plan Project sales.

Their office is not your traditional Agency and the team are a set of vibrant, straight-shooting professionals in their 20’s and 30’s, who are incredibly passionate and already making significant impact of the area and market share.

This is a great role for someone looking to flex their creativity as you will be responsible for all aspects of Marketing including Brand, Agent Profile, Social and property marketing, including:

- Coordinate and roll out property campaigns - including digital and print marketing
- Attend vendor and developer meetings
- Content Creation - Videography, photography, graphics and ad copy writing
- Update social media channels daily & ensure there’s a growth strategy in place
- Business Marketing - database management, landing pages, website, Google My Business
- Managing agency partnerships, relationships with clients & stakeholders
- CRM Database management and mailouts

**Specific requirements**:

- You will be an experienced marketer with experience in Real Estate / property
- Demonstrated ability to run social media platforms and creating content
- Creative in your outlook and enjoy putting forward ideas
- Experience with Canva or similar and able to edit video / create reels
