**Our Client**

Offering end to end logistics solutions and with offices spanning the globe this well established freight forwarder has a team of experienced professionals who offer exceptional service.

**The Position**
- Receive and action all pre-alerts
- Register shipments and raise job files using CargoWise
- Co-ordinate clearance with internal customs team or outside brokers
- Ensure all cargo is reported to Australian Customs via SCA systems
- Communicate cargo releases to the Customs Broker
- Report any damage or pillage and action claims
- Liaise with transport and logistics teams to expedite delivery
- Calculate cost and organise invoicing
- Provide overall assistance to the office as required

**The Requirements**
- Previous experience in international freight forwarding
- Commitment to providing an exceptional level of customer service

**On Offer**
- Immediate start
- Monday to Friday - 8.30 am to 5.00
- Close to home
