**The Employer**

Our client is a reputable logistics provider, specialising in international freight forwarding, customs and third-party logistics (3PL) services.

In a competitive market they have a focus on providing bespoke and adaptable solutions using state of the art systems and technology, that ensures quality customer service is provided to internal and external customers.

**The Position**

We're currently looking for a freight Operations Coordinator to provide a comprehensive end to end service for and import shipments for our clients and join a highly successful team.

Cross training opportunities are on offer and the sky is the limit for an individual looking for long term development.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Be the liaison point for Import / Export Customers including processing of documentation
- Have solid knowledge of all freight processes & reporting requirements
- Coordinate bookings with customers, transport, shipping
- Be the liaison point with overseas offices & agents
- Proactively update customers on any issues that may occur
- Manage situations that arise with the customers

**Who You Are**

Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous Freight Forwarding experience and a great can-do approach
- Import or Export Freight Forwarding experience
- Solid communications skills
- Team minded attitude

**Salary**: Up to $80,000 + Super (negotiable pending skills / experience)
