**Your new role**
- Lodge Air Cargo Report / Under bonds
- Check pre-alert documents for registration process
- Send Arrival notice / pre-alerts to clients, outside brokers & transport dep
- Monitor flights for uplift details / eta updates / delay alerts to customers
- Understand co-load shipments/pay charges etc.
- Ability to identify any discrepancies on a payable invoice
- Organize drivers Runsheet's for cto collections
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Lodge intent to claims where necessary
- Adaptability to a team environment with a can-do attitude
- Billing Import + Delivery Charges

**What you will need to succeed**
- ICS Customs portal knowledge
- Navigate around cto website/track and trace
- CargoWise experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
