Principal Consultant - Nursing & Midwifery @ Talent Quarter

Talent Quarter has partnered with a national healthcare provider to recruit a part-time HR Business Partner to support their growing allied health, aged care, and NDIS divisions across multiple states.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and values-aligned HR professional to take ownership of recruitment, compliance, and workforce planning across NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and TAS. You will work closely with clinical leaders and senior management to ensure high-quality care through a well-supported and compliant workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for support and clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with AHPRA, NDIS, WWCC, police checks and health regulations
  • Oversee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
  • Track HR metrics to inform workforce planning
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs

What You'll Bring

  • HR qualification (Degree or Diploma)
  • Experience in healthcare, NDIS, aged care or community sector recruitment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of workforce compliance and sector-specific regulations
  • Alignment with values of compassion, dignity and person-centered care
  • Bonus: Experience improving retention, audit readiness, and hiring turnaround
