**About the Role**
CCA is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to implement HR-related strategic objectives and manage all HR functions across the organisation. This is a permanent full-time position and our office is based in Parramatta. We offer a hybrid model of work (both in-office and work-from home) with flexible hours of employment during the working week (Monday
- Friday).
**Your Goals**
To create, coordinate and manage effective human resource strategies, policies and systems to ensure that CCA can attract, retain, develop and manage a highly engaged, skilled and committed workforce that provide high quality services to the people who receive our services.
**Your Responsibilities**
- You will be required to commit to, promote and model CCA’ s purpose and values.
- At all times you will promote and comply with HR and WHS policies, procedures and practices.
- You will work collaboratively within the HR team and across CCA in all HR functions.
- Manage HR projects & initiatives successfully by working with the appropriate stakeholders within HR and other departments.
**Required Skills**:
- Demonstrated (at least **_5 years_**) **_HR experience_** including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, employee engagement and organisational change, work, health and safety, HR information systems and reporting - preferably in the not-for-profit/disability sector.
- Demonstrated **_understanding of contemporary human resources issues _**and a strong working knowledge of various employment laws and practices
- particularly with the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Award (SCHaDS) requirements.
- Demonstrated capability to **_lead and develop _**a small human resource team.
- **_Accuracy and attention to detail_** and an ability to follow through and complete all outstanding actions within designated timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a **_knowledgeable resource and advisor _**to a senior management group
- Strong **_interpersonal and communication skills_** with a “hands-on” approach to work.
- **_Ability to take direction_** from Managers and to* _work collaboratively_* with Managers, Co-ordinators and other roster/administration staff to meet the needs of and secure the best outcomes for stakeholders.
- Demonstrated research, analysis, problem-solving and **_project management_** experience.
