**Description**:
The Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative components that support the manufacture and delivery of product for the Civilmart Larapinta Business and meeting our customer requirements.
A pivotal business role, the Production Coordinator will use their expert knowledge of Civilmart systems, products, and services, to provide schedules that support the business and its customers. Additionally they will maintaining the ERP system to assist in financial and stock management, as well as support the manufacturing team’s administrative tasks.
Reporting directly to the Area Manager you will be a part of a supportive team that will continue to strive to meet the Australian market in precast concrete production.

- Problem-Solving: Being able to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet those needs.
- Organisation: Strong organisational skills are necessary for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring timely responses to customer queries.
- Attention to Detail: Being detail-oriented is important for accurately processing production schedules and manufacture drawing packages, maintaining records, and providing precise information to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with colleagues in production, engineering, and other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
- IT Skills: Competent in using a centralised ERP system such as SAP or ABM.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders professionally and respectfully with the Civilmart Team

**What Skills and Experience do you need to shine in this role**:

- Experience in production scheduling, and planning in a like minded industry
- Experience in the building/construction industry (or related - manufacture/supply-chain) is highly desirable
- Office administration type role with computer skills,
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
