**About the Role**:
As the Production Coordinator, you will work closely with the Head of Features & Television, Producers and Artists to coordinate the operational requirements of the daily workflow. You will ensure deliverables are tracked, and established targets and milestones are communicated and met. You are also required to complete daily administrative tasks while providing support to the senior management and producers. This role has the overall responsibility of providing media management and editorial support on VFX projects.

**Your key duties and responsibilities will be, but are not limited to**:

- Liaise with productions, answer their enquiries and relay messages between clients, production and team members.
- Quote, schedule and set up projects in Odoo
- Make bookings for suites, facilities and artists for current and upcoming projects
- Manage schedules of internal and external resources, including artists, operators and suites
- Be updated with freelancers’ contracts, rates and contract terms
- Assist crew with contracting, scheduling and preparing timesheets.
- Process all supplier and crew invoices
- Ensure all resources for projects are coordinated effectively
- Project and schedule management from confirmation to delivery
- Assist the CE Producer to organise dailies, editorial and post requirements as outlined by the Client
- Book and manage assets in and out from relevant projects
- Manage schedule and track internal assignments
- Organise and set up media for client review sessions
