**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely and proper deliveries, monitoring driver performance.
- Maintain vehicles and good relationships with maintenance providers.
- Comply with legal and ethical standards in all company activities.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and evaluation.
- Maintain adequate staffing levels for smooth operations.
- Understand and enforce safety regulations for driving and handling.
- Follow HACCP compliance and keep accurate records daily.
- Manage budgets, wages, and freight charges within guidelines.
- Address driver-related issues as per company procedures.
- Communicate with supervisors, fleet managers, and relevant teams.
- Efficiently route trucks and staff for optimal delivery.
- Liaise with Food Service Specialist for customer needs and feedback.
- Attend daily credit meetings, manage invoice collection.

**Required Skills/Experience**
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Needs to be flexible to work between 4am-7pm, not required to work that whole time but start times may shift occasionally.
- Familiar with Victorian Driver Safety Laws.
- Strong people management.
- Handles pressure, time management.
- Proficient in routing and MFG-PRO.
- Knows metropolitan and country areas.
- Experienced in people management.
- Understands HACCP and OH&S.
- Addresses driver and customer needs.

**Warehouse Manager**

Step into a pivotal role as a Warehouse Manager, where you'll take charge of our daily warehouse operations - from efficient product receiving, storage, and picking to seamless loading. Your leadership will guide and support our warehouse team, ensuring comprehensive training and fostering a culture of excellence. **Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee product receiving, storage, and handling while ensuring policy compliance.
- Supervise staff roles and responsibilities.
- Manage accurate packing, loading, and order monitoring.
- Coordinate staff schedules for optimal operations.
- Support workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.
- Provide essential training and ensure policy adherence.
- Lead stock takes and manage wage budgets.
- Complete and file necessary paperwork.
- Maintain staffing levels and workspace cleanliness.
- Ensure warehouse security, integrity, and repairs.
- Collaborate with managers and uphold compliance.
- Monitor safety and enforce OH&S regulations.
- Track stock and conduct regular staff meetings.

**Required Skills/Experience**

- Understands HACCP, quality, and food safety.
- Knows warehouse and distribution functions.
- Has strong product knowledge.
- Familiar with cold storage environments.

- Skilled in leadership and interpersonal relations.

- Communicates well with supervisors, Branch Manager, and Sales.
