**About Us**

Based in Brooklyn, this business employs 300+ people who is leading wholesale importer and exporter of small meat products around the world who looking for a Warehouse Manager to work on day shift with a start time of 5.30am.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in a range of meat processing products supplied to the wholesale market across Australia or overseas. This role requires you to lead a team of 50+ to ensure that all deadlines and production expectations are met with the drive to make the (2) factories - Warehouse & Cold Storage and the employees excel in their areas. Your team will consist of approximately (3) direct report managers, (2) supervisors and 45 food process workers.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Train, lead, and mentor a team within a warehouse environment
- Maintain appropriate stock and inventory levels of all production materials
- Understanding of health & safety, quality assurance and production requirements
- Implement and & execute directives that support the business strategy
- Communicate with internal members daily to achieve required outcomes

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in shipping, warehousing, transport, and logistics
- The ability to provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse staff
- Enthusiastic leader who is self-motivated that has a passion for safety
- Attention to detail, strong process systems and focused on achieving outcomes
- 3 years’ experience managing volume staff in a large business
