As an Outlet Reconciliation Officer, you will be responsible for Outlet receivables. This includes assisting with bank statement reconciliations, credit card receipts reconciled to daily takings from ticket sales transactions, processing direct debits, following up on outstanding deposits by ticketing outlets and Box Offices, monitoring compliance with Ticketek’s trading terms, and managing potential slow payments or disputes.

**About your Role**

**As the Outlet Reconciliation Officer you will be responsible for**:

- Management of the TEG Outlet ledgers
- Importing and Reconciliation of daily sales
- Reconciliation of banking with TEG system reports
- Follow up and resolution of discrepancies between amounts banked and TEG reports
- Collection and review of seller’s reconciliation forms and follow up on any discrepancies with Box Offices and agencies
- Investigation and reconciliation of all balances on the outlet ledgers
- Maintenance of debtor balances within agreed KPI levels
- Calculating and processing Agency direct debits on a weekly basis
- Promptly dealing with all receivables queries, including those concerning internal and external clients
- Identification of ways to streamline outlets accounts receivable processes in co-ordination with key clients, both internal and external
- Month end close procedures and journals
- Maintenance of Stakeholder and Client Relationships
- Assistance to the wider Ticketing team to meet our collective goals and SLAs

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have 3+ Years experience in finance/accounting function
- Prior Reconciliation experience is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Team player with an inquisitive mind and good problem solving skills
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
