Sydney- Ancillary Areas- PermanentOur Client is a leading broker in Sydney focused on CFD’s FX, futures and warrants. The role is primarily responsible for system reconciliations across multiple product sets. The role requires great attention to detail, accuracy, initiative and clear and articulate communication skills. Applicants must be flexible and possess a willingness to get involved and assist with any duties that may be allocated. As the company trades international markets, some shift work requirements are included but these are usually only with a late night extension requirement of up to 7pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up new accounts and stocks
- Maintenance of Static Data
- Corporate Actions maintenance
- Daily Client reconciliations (multi currency and multi platform)
- Daily Prime Broking (PB) reconciliations (cash and positions)
- Managing daily margin requirements with PB
- Bank and IB Bank Reconciliations
- Review and follow up on all end of day trade, price and order reconciliations
- Full check of all Equities Holdings, FX and Futures positions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years relevant work experience in a similar role within Financial Services Environment
- Knowledge and exposure to equities and derivatives markets
- Exposure to Prime Broking arrangements, statements and reconciliations
- Proven Back Office system skills proficiency
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Word
- Tertiary Qualification in Accounting or Finance highly desirable
