At Milestone IT, we are thrilled to announce that we are seeking an experienced Change Manager for our client, a leading health provider. Our client plays a critical role in the community by providing top-notch healthcare services to those in need. They are currently embarking on a new project to replace a core system responsible for data and integration.

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of the core system while understanding complex data flows and collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams. You will be instrumental in guiding the organization through this exciting change as the project progresses. Your ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage detailed project plans will be key to success in this role.

This is a 6-month initial contract, with the potential to become an ongoing opportunity.
