**About the Role**
Are you a dynamic and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, HR Compliance and Reporting. You will have the chance to build and lead a team of three direct reports, working closely with stakeholders to drive positive outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and operations related to HR compliance, providing expert guidance to ensure adherence to the Enterprise Agreement, policies and regulations. The Manager, HR Compliance and Reporting is responsible for establishing and maintaining processes and operations related to HR compliance and reporting. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with University policies and relevant legislation, and provide expert advice, guidance, and support to the HR team, compliance colleagues, managers, and leaders throughout the institution.

You will develop frameworks, registers, and other resources to enhance HR compliance, while also contributing to reporting for compliance and governance purposes. You will play a vital role in informing strategic and operational change.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to review, develop, and implement HR compliance frameworks, processes, and reporting systems.
- Provide expert advice and support to ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain and operationalise the HR dashboard and reporting framework, contributing to internal and external HR reporting.
- Support the implementation of the University's new ERP (WorkDay) and the Enterprise Agreement, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in compliance practices.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualification/s in a relevant discipline.
- Significant experience in a related position, preferably in higher education or a similar regulatory environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks, and in employment and anti-discrimination legislation.
- Understanding of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and higher education regulatory standards.
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
